Permission is granted to use The Veil Group's services for personal purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the software, use the services for any unauthorized commercial purpose, attempt to reverse engineer any software, or remove any copyright or proprietary notations.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use Veil products that involve real-money wagering.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate identity information as part of the KYC verification process.

All wagers and payouts are settled in USDC on the Solana blockchain.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Veil Financial Core. Processing times may vary based on verification requirements and blockchain network conditions.

The Veil Group reserves the right to impose deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and transaction monitoring as required by applicable regulations.

You may not use The Veil Group's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to gambling regulations.

You may not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with Veil products unless explicitly authorized.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Veil Group's services are provided on an 'as is' basis.

The Veil Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Gaming and wagering involve financial risk. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

In no event shall The Veil Group or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

The Veil Group is not responsible for losses incurred through gaming or wagering activity.
